Account and registration

Registration on qqroyal requires a valid email address, a chosen username, password, full name, and date of birth. You also enter a mobile phone number and confirm your residential location. The phone number is used for account recovery and verification codes during login. Once submitted, you can access the main platform immediately, though withdrawals and deposits require KYC verification. This two-step approach allows account access while your identity documents are being reviewed by our team.

KYC verification requires two documents: a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driving license) and a proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or tax document). Upload clear, color photographs or scans of both sides of your ID and the full address document. Files must be in JPEG or PDF format and legible. Our team reviews submissions and typically notifies you of verification status within two business days. During Idul Fitri and other regional holidays, processing may take longer.

On the login page, click "Forgot password." Enter the email address or phone number associated with your qqroyal account. You receive a password reset link via email or SMS within two minutes. Click the link and create a new password. The link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the reset email or SMS, check your spam folder or contact support with your username and registered phone number to verify your identity before resetting.

Email and phone number changes require support approval. Log in, navigate to Account Settings, and select "Update contact details." Enter your new email or phone number and follow the verification steps. Support reviews your request within one business day. Changes take effect after you confirm the verification code sent to your new contact method. Changing your contact information does not affect pending deposits or withdrawals.

Payments and transactions

From your account dashboard, click "Deposit" and select local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Enter your target amount and confirm. You are directed to the payment app on your phone; log in and authorize the transfer. The deposit appears in your qqroyal account within seconds for mobile banking-based transfers and within two minutes for local payment and online payment. e-wallet transfers from Bandung, Jakarta, and Surabaya typically complete faster during off-peak hours. Yes. qqroyal accepts bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet accounts. Select "Bank Transfer" from the deposit menu, choose your bank, and enter the amount. A unique transfer reference number is generated; include this in the transfer memo. Transfers from mobile banking and local payment clear within subject to verification during business hours and within two hours outside business hours. online payment and e-wallet transfers may take up to four hours. Withdrawals to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts take 24 to 48 hours from approval. Your account must be fully verified and have no active open bets before withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested on Fridays or before holidays are processed on the next business day. Minimum withdrawal is our welcome offer; maximum is our welcome offer per transaction. During peak periods in Jakarta and Medan, withdrawals may take up to 72 hours. Deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet carry no additional fee. Bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet are also fee-free on qqroyal's side; however, your bank may charge a standard transfer fee per their terms. Withdrawals to bank accounts have no qqroyal fee. Deposits below our welcome offer or above our welcome offer are not processed. Check your payment provider's fee schedule before transferring.

Games and promotions

qqroyal operates four game categories. Live-dealer tables include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with multi-camera studios. Security and support

If you suspect unauthorized access, stop using your account immediately and contact support via the in-app messaging system or email at [email protected]. Provide your username and the last action you remember. Support locks your account within subject to verification and reviews recent activity. If unauthorized bets or transfers are confirmed, submit a formal complaint and include a clear description of what occurred. Account disputes are investigated within two business days. Change your password once your account is restored. Use a unique, strong password and enable login notifications in account settings to monitor future access.

Support responds within two hours to in-app messages and emails during operating hours (7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, local Jakarta time). Urgent account-security issues are prioritized and receive a response within subject to verification. General inquiries sent during off-hours (11 PM to 7 AM) are answered by 10 AM the next business day. Support is staffed in Indonesian and English. Average response time is subject to verification. Yes. Log into your account, go to "Account Settings," and select "Temporary Suspension." Choose a duration (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) and confirm. Your account is locked immediately and you cannot log in, deposit, or bet during the suspension period. Ongoing bets settle normally. After the suspension ends, you can log in with your normal credentials. To suspend earlier than your chosen date, contact support with your account details and reason for the request.
